As the prime contractor, Diverse Computing recently installed eAgent Message Switch System (FUSE) for the State of Delaware to replace a prior out-of-date system. eAgent FUSE supports all NCIC and NLETS traffic in the area. We integrated our product with Delaware’s previous message switch during the upgrade process so that users would not be negatively impacted, resulting in higher usability and easier transfer of knowledge.
