What we do

Diverse Computing develops criminal justice software based on feedback from actual users. Our products range from programs officers can use right inside their patrol cars, to services that prepare clients for an FBI audit. It’s a fact that our eAgent software is regarded as the most user-friendly and efficient in the industry. That’s why organizations from 13 different states entrust us with the safety of their officers and communities. And that is a duty we take seriously.

Who we are

Our mission is to provide reliable access to the criminal justice information our clients need to keep our communities safe. On top of that, we strive to provide world-class customer support. We know, however, that a happy client starts with a happy employee, which is why we foster a unique company culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and work/life balance. This culture allows us to grow a high-performance, award-winning team that is dedicated to public safety and service.

Our eAgent law enforcement software

Our leading product is eAgent 2.0 — the world’s first web-based, full-access law enforcement software solution. This zero-footprint solution for National Criminal Information Center (NCIC) access requires no installation. You can even use it in the office or from any secure mobile device.

We’ve also developed a powerful toolbox of other criminal justice solutions for secure data access, advanced authentication, and integrated message routing.

Audit & compliance consulting

Complying with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) security policy can be difficult. That’s why we created CJIS ACE. Our team of Audit and Compliance Experts know the ins and outs of every CJIS requirement and will help your organization get compliant and prepare for an audit.

Providing excellent customer service IS our company culture.

PROGRESSIVE COMPANY CULTURE

best companies in Florida

An Award-Winning Company

They don’t call us the “Google of Tallahassee” for nothing.

We work hard to promote the happiness of our team members. As a result, we’ve been ranked as one of the best companies to work for in Florida by Florida Trend magazine. Our glass walls and open floor plan are a sign of the communication that goes on among everyone from interns to senior management. We’ve got great pay and benefits too. Not to mention other fun perks like free lunch every day and a dog-friendly office. This careful balance of communication, benefits, and culture is what earned our young company its place among Florida’s top employers.

Our people are our greatest asset, and we treat them like it. For information on employment opportunities, check out our careers page.

Seminole 100 award

Here at Diverse Computing, we believe in keeping talent local. That’s why we’ve recruited over 75% of our team from Florida State University. This, combined with our award-winning growth, qualified us for FSU’s inaugural Seminole 100 — an award which recognizes the fastest-growing, FSU alumni-owned businesses in the U.S.

Inc. 5000 award

We might be a small company, but we have big ambitions. Inc. magazine named us to their comprehensive list of the fastest-growing companies in the nation, the 2017 Inc. 5000. Diverse Computing experienced a 44% growth rate between 2013 and 2016, topping the list of the fastest growing companies in Florida.

Next Generation Award

We take pride in building relationships with Tallahassee’s universities and student organizations. So, in 2016, the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce recognized Diverse Computing for our internship and talent retention programs with the Next Generation Award. This award is given to businesses that cultivate the talent of local young professionals.

Clients as diverse as we are

Diverse Computing customers span the nation. We develop law enforcement software solutions for a wide range of organizations, including:
