TraCS (Traffic and Criminal Software) is a traffic field reporting system that enables law enforcement and agencies to write citations and crash reports electronically instead of by hand. Through integration with other technologies such as NCIC/FCIC query software like eAgent, TraCS software improves accuracy and reduces form completion time. TraCS software, support, and training are provided free of charge to law enforcement agencies across Florida thanks to grant funding through the Florida Department of Transportation Traffic Safety Office.
Founded in 2005, ez911 is privately owned and was formed to provide local governments and agencies with mapping, addressing and database services necessary for Enhanced 911. Since our formation, ez911 has evolved its product suite to also include Next Generation integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD). In addition, ez911 offers the service of writing, evaluating and selecting PSAP equipment.
